I am currently pursuing my PhD in Political Science at the Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA. Previously I Headed English Communications and Research for Pakistan's largest political party, Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz). I also served as the facilitator of PML Ns Economic Governance Committee, that was tasked with chalking out an economic plan for 2013 - 2018 tenure. I contributed to the partys election manifesto as member of the subcommittee on Inter Provincial Harmony. I have expertise in Public Policy Analysis focusing on Economic and Social policy design and implementation. I am also an award winning blogger writing mostly on Political and Economic issues in Pakistan. At various times in the last 5 years, I have been part of National Level committees and working groups in the Government of Pakistan. I was part of the working group at the Planning Commission of Pakistan that completed the Rural Development Chapter in the upcoming 5 year plan. I am one of the authors of the National Sustainable Development Strategy that was prepared for the Ministry of Environment and is currently being implemented.
