Panhellenic Delegate at Chi Omega Sorority
In my role as Panhellenic Delegate for Chi Omega, my job is to foster inclusivity between chapters at our Panhellenic Meetings as well as represent the Panhellenic community in my own chapter. In this role, I am the face of my organization and get to be a positive representation of Chi Omega and the Greek system as a whole to outside organizations. I communicate to the chapter about what Greek point events are available, and I coordinate with each member to help her get Greek points. Serving as this liaison between my chapter and the Greek community allows me to supply girls in my organization who may not hold leadership positions within our chapter with enriching and fruitful Greek-wide events. I hold our members to a high standard by promoting the importance of Greek points, which contribute to the overall external success of the Greek system and the internal success of Chi Omega.
