I am a freshman at Dordt College looking for roles in the exercise science industry. As an exercise science major and psychology minor, I am fascinated by the human body and the physical and emotional well-being of others. How do the mind and body come together in one entity and manifest healing and renewed strength after injury?
It is my goal to ultimately help others rehabilitate through physical therapy and empower them to live positively.
