Alexandra Harris

Allie is currently a sophomore at Miami University of Ohio. She recently graduated from Shaker Heights High School. In high school she was the managing editor of the National Scholastic Press Association award-winning newspaper, The Shakerite. The Shakerite has won a Best of Show award for Newspaper Tabloid in 2012 and 2013, placing seventh nationally. The Shakerite also earned fifth place nationally in the Publication Website Large School category in 2013. Allie is studying political science and international relations in college. At Miami, Allie is the assistant to the co-chair of the Miami University College Republicans. Allie is a member of the Miami Club Figure Skating Team. She just recently pledged as a member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Allie also works for The Smart Girls Group. Over the past two years that she has been involved, she has written for the blog, The Loop; completed an internship; designed pages and written articles for the digital magazine, The Smart Girls Guide. Allie is also the brains behind the blog, All About Allie. She writes about lifestyle and organization, among many other things.
