I am a recent graduate from Georgia Southwestern State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. One of my career goals is to get a deep understanding of HR and what it entails to be a real HR Manager. My short term goal in the next few years is to obtain my PHR and attend grad school in a MBA program. For now, I am enjoying networking opportunities with fellow HR executives and management, as well as those who specialize in the many sectors of human resources, which I will use to determine the true career route I want to take. I am open to discovering different avenues and industries to see where I fit, which should be exciting.

Typically the first point of contact for associate and management solicitation of HR resources and services. Coordinates new hire activities including but not limited to communicating with associates regarding first day of work activities; conducting or coordinating new hire orientation; ensuring completion and processing of new hire paperwork. Coordinates termination process including but not limited to facilitating exit interviews; final paycheck and termination paperwork; maintaining exit interview database; tracking and filing of unemployment insurance claims, etc..
