Andrea Regrut

My name is Andrea Regrut, and I am a junior at John Carroll University majoring in Communications with an Integrative Marketing track. While at John Carroll, I have played Varsity soccer for lettering in each of the three years, I had an internship with Garick working at least 25 hours per week during the 2015 Spring semester, I traveled to Guatemala for an Immersion experience, and I have volunteered for many different organizations. I will continue to participate in soccer, immersions, and volunteerism, as well as look for other internship opportunities. Most people would consider me an extrovert who loves to work with others. I find it greatly beneficial to work with others so that we are able to bounce ideas off each other and create new concepts together, but I value individual work as well. Two qualities that I find most import are hard work and passion. In all aspects of my life, whether it is an assignment for class, or a project for work, I do my best to produce my best work. I also take this concept and apply it to my relationship with others in life. I find that when doing all that you can for others, you are more likely to feel both successful and productive. I have also found that when a person is passionate about what they are doing, they will experience personal gratification. Through out my life, I have always been passionate about things that I have chosen to dedicate myself to. After graduating from John Carroll University in May 2017 with a bachelors degree from the College of Arts and Science, I hope to either continue my education by getting my masters degree in non-profit work, or become employed or have affiliations with a non-profit organization or charity. I feel as though I have great blessings and opportunities in my life, and it is my duty to work for others so they may have opportunities as well.
