Merchandise Hostess at Walt Disney World

As a Walt Disney Cast Member, it was my responsibility to bring the Disney magic to life for our guests. In addition to calmly handling our copious amounts of traffic and questions in the Main Street Emporium (the merchandise location in which I was placed), it was my job to maintain the "Disney Look" of myself and my work environment. Ensuring that our guests were safe and happy, that our shelves were neatly stocked, that all questions were answered quickly and correctly, and that I kept myself organized, approachable, and kind were my most pressing daily duties with the Walt Disney Company.

I was in charge of handling all over-the-counter supplies that are sold at Shipp's, as well as maintaining clear communication between patients and our pharmaceutical staff. I was responsible for the proper handling of prescription medications, personal information, and social security numbers for our patients in an efficient, yet proper, manner.
