Ashley King

I am a creative and involved Marketing major beginning my senior year at Emporia State University. On top of taking a full class load I also work part time for the university as a student assistant and am excited to have recently accepted an internship with Dirty Kanza Promotions. I am eager to start my professional career after graduation and am actively working to set myself apart by gaining as much experience as possible. Creating with people, improving situations, event planning, and raising money for my sorority's national philanthropy, Make A Wish, are some of my passions. I am driven by challenges, enthusiastic partnerships, and seeing a project that I have worked on come to fruition. I have over 7 years of work experience including retail sales, event planning, marketing, and small-business ownership. I have held two separate marketing internship positions since May 2015. As I begin my final year at Emporia State, I look forward to accomplishing the goals I have set for myself.
