Bailey Cole

I am an aspiring neonatal nurse searching for volunteer and experience opportunities. My previous experiences as a receptionist at multiple doctors offices has taught me many important skills. While working, I was responsible for all front desk duties and interacting with patients over the phone and in person. In addition, I communicated with insurance companies and mastered billing and coding for each patient. My favorite part of that experience was learning about how an office works and, ultimately, interacting with all the patients and professionals on a daily basis. I began to possess a friendly yet professional personality, which is needed in an office environment. I am also exceptionally skilled with computers including scheduling systems, Microsoft Word and Excel. I beyond excited to begin my nursing career.
