Extensive experience using Sage 100 ERP platform to assess and regulate inventory control through manually entering transactions to balance counts between virtual warehouses and differently branded product. Monitor orders in Sage from their initial entry into the system, during their picking and branding stages, along through their shipping data entry and to their final shipment. Track purchase orders with Sage to ensure the quality, accurate fulfillment, and finally check-in of the newly received product. Responsible for managing a team that prioritizes and focuses specifically on several simultaneously open large account production schedules to ensure each is satisfied properly. These large accounts include such companies as Milwaukee Tool, Lowes, Diamond Products, and Daltile with each ordering between $100,000-$1,000,000 in sales monthly. Supervise workloads ranging up to 70 sales orders per day by ensuring team member sizes of 5-10 pull the correct product and use proper techniques to meet the customers individual requests. This ranges from standard company branding to a customers private label. Supervise quality control so that all requests are met, and orders arrive in a timely manner. When problems arise, delegate decisions or problem-solve to create an answer that satisfies both customer expectations and meets quality standards. Assessing and complete unique projects that dont have a precedent for completion. Repair as well as set up companys computer work stations. This includes working with the companys network to ensure each pc is secure and connected to the server. Responsible for training all new hires at all warehouse positions which include warehouse management, inventory management, product ordering, sales order picking, picked order checking, branding, quality control, packaging, shipping, laser engraving, freight handling, receiving, international and domestic shipping, and miscellanious tasks.
