USA MEDDAC Ft Knox alternate DMLSS System Analyst, creating and activating accounts. Running reports and correcting errors. Associating user roles, cost centers, WBS, etc. Educating DMLSS users to include Government Credit Card Billing Officials and Purchase Card Holders, on proper process and procedures. Alternate Assemblage Manager ensuring accuracy and adding or removing items as needed. TMDE Support Coordinator ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations and SOPs, monitor Projected List to ensure TMDE is submitted IAW the published schedule.Serves as technical custodian of a portion of the Property Book for Medical Department Activities (MEDDAC) by maintaining 50 plus hand receipts accounts in excess of 14 million dollars (14M) covering MEDDAC, DENTAC and PHC. This includes Clinics, Wards, and Services which house medical and non-medical property/equipment located in the hospital; at approximately 35 outlying clinics and services located within Fort Knox, and at 20 health clinics, dispensaries, AMEDD Procurement offices and USAR AMEDD Procurement offices located in a four-state area. Independently performs documentary receipt, transfer, replenishment, adjustment, issue and disposal of medical and non-medical automated property book items and troubleshooting of problems in the automated property accounting system (DMLSS). Provides management with guidance in the utilization of excess property, inventory reporting, resource sharing and redistribution of automation equipment. Use analysis to resolve concerns with requisitioning, receiving and controlling supply items using a detailed knowledge of logistic doctoring.
