As an Eco-Facilitator Coordinator, I create a syllabus for the Sustainable Behavior Change student forum that all incoming Eco-Facilitators are required to take in the spring, create agendas and plan weekly meetings with the 14 EcoFacilitators, facilitate group work and assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of EcoFacilitator projects that engage first-year dorms and the larger campus community, and lead discussions about social justice as it pertains to environmentalism and the future of the program.
