As a Creative Pro, my role is to foster a learning environment for our customers in the store by teaching them how to get the most from their products. Through Apple-led learning session and events, I use my knowledge and interpersonal skills to encourage customers to bring their creativity to life. And I engage and educate them in fun and exciting ways. Activities are themed according to topic, such as music, photography, art, programming, gaming, and more.
