As a Brockton resident, and a Stonehill student, I have many ties to the local community. These ties, as well as my own experiences, inform my passion for volunteering and advocacy in the local area. I am passionate about equal access to education and legal services for all, despite race, gender, ethnicity, or any other personally identifying characteristic. I also care for preventative education, intervention, and treatment for those who struggle with the disease of addiction. Also important to me is the proliferation of mental health services to be offered to any and all who may need them, and removing the negative stigma that has been attached to mental health disorders. I am still in the process of considering careers, but current considered paths include work in Law Enforcement, the Courts, and non-profits through advancement work and grant writing.
