Cheerleading

As a cheerleader at John Carroll University, I am required to have a positive attitude about all JCU sports all through my college career. I have practice and workouts around 4 times a week and cheer at weekly football games in the fall and weekly basketball games in the spring.

Work Experience

Part Time Teammate at ESPN Cleveland

As a part time teammate, I help with many different things around the office. I write live and recorded radio spots based on the needs of the the company, I set up food drops by a food company to bring in food to the station, and I help create campaign PowerPoints.

Ticket Sales and Merchandising Intern at Lake County Captains

As an intern with the Lake County Captains, I am required to work the Box Office, as well as the Ticket Information Center. I have learned a lot about Ticket Return and how to purchase tickets of all different buyer types. I also have learned how to return and exchange tickets through Ticket Return. Excellent customer service is also expected all throughout this internship.
