Instructs in the use of computer legal databases, microform, indexes, digests and finding aids.
Uses independent judgment to define line between legal advice and legal information and refers patrons to the appropriate agency or organization for assistance when necessary.

Exercises discretion over sensitive and confidential issues related to the Courts and their business.
