The Production Technician’s main function is to operate Seer’s survey production system in order to generate timely and accurate client -facing dashboards and reports. Although the scope of individual projects may vary, the primary duties and accountabilities are detailed below.
--Coordinate with Sales and other Seer departments ensure that input data from clients is collected in a timely manner according to the established production schedule.
--Work with data processing scripts and other tools to clean and prepare data to an acceptable standard suitable for posting to the system.
--Process survey data through all stages of production including: posting of clean data into the system; extracting survey samples and posting them to the data collection sub-system; posting survey responses; and posting calculated attributes.
--Implement Quality Assurance protocols and procedures to identify issues requiring re-works or exception processing.
--Implement re-works and exception processing as required.
--Work with Seer team on establishing future schedules.
