Planning and delivery of inquiry-based, experiential nature studies programs for school and after-school program groups as well as summer camps and other youth groups. Work with the Nature Center’s other education professionals to plan and conduct programming for preschool and scout groups, home school students, weekend and evening programs for the general public, birthday programs, overnights and special events.

- Oversees the qualification of over 400 intelligence operators in seven different areas of expertise, who conduct Joint Chiefs of Staff-directed Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance missions in a highly contested area. - Implements higher headquarter instructions and regulations to ensure effective and appropriate qualification of personnel is conducted in accordance with governing directives. - Leads team of 18 training program managers and responsible for oversight of Command Language and Operations Training programs for an over 350 member squadron. - Manages 90 Distributed Common Ground Station instructor for initial, mission, and specialized qualification and certification training. - Apprises all levels of leadership up to the Group on Operations Training program statuses and routes vital documents to Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Agency and Wing leadership as needed.
