Trained over 22 consecutive staff members with items ranging from proper cash handling, HACCP systems, cooking and drink making, and customer service etiquette. The position also expected flowing communication between staff, managers, and customers; employee reviews, retail staging and decorating, and monthly/seasonal drink specials crafted exclusively for the Warrior Brewhaus.

Create food and beverage specialties and promote them by "themed" months. I was the sole coordinator for this so this was an experience that was self driven by my ambitions and goals for the Brewhaus.

This position gives me the opportunity to further my customer service skills by assisting customer with returns and refunds with products, as well as handling various situations in a professional manner and communicating professionally with managers. Proper phone etiquette is also key in this position by receiving many phone calls throughout the day and directing them to appropriate departments and employees. I continue to cashier while running the front end of the grocery store as well as further handle money exchanges.
