Cori Crews, DBA, CPA

Dr. Cori Crews joined the Valdosta State University faculty in August 2017. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration in accounting from Kennesaw State University, a Master of Accountancy in audit/systems from The University of Georgia, a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Valdosta State University, and an Associate of Arts in business administration from Waycross College. She is a certified public accountant. She holds membership in the American Accounting Association, Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Georgia Association of Accounting Educators, and the Georgia Philological Association. She previously taught at Georgia Southwestern State University, Waycross College, and South Georgia State College. Prior to entering the field of higher education she worked as a controller for Seasons Greenscapes Inc., a staff accountant for Dalton and Bennett, and an audit assistant for Higginson & Paulk, all located in Waycross, Georgia.
