Daria Shashina

Raised in a big city, I am familiar with hard work, self-motivation, competition, and teamwork. I was fortunate to have been traveling the world. It gave me a unique perspective and introduced a number of opportunities for growth and development. After two years at Lomonosov Moscow State University I transferred to Azusa Pacific University to pursue my degree in Accounting. Ever since I have been deeply involved with a local community, as well as, on-campus participating in clubs like the entrepreneurship club Enactus, and the Accounting Honor Society. I am currently working on my major in accounting, training to get the Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, minoring in Graphic Design, and pursuing my love of photographic arts. Immediately after graduation, I hope to explore the world of public accounting. I believe it would help me develop a skillset necessary to become a world-class professional with a deep sense of integrity and an excellent work ethic. I enjoy the challenge of striving for excellence and pursuing what I love the most. I would love to use my skills and talents to help people and to promote honesty and integrity in the Business world. After a few years of work experience, I hope to pursue an MBA at Stanford University. I believe Stanfords Graduate School will challenge me to improve myself as well as what I have to offer the world.
