I have just transitioned to new position as CSP Worker. My job duties are to aid in Clients care moving forward after detox. Responsibilities include assisting clients to improve their living skills, coordinate treatment and linkage to services. Provide transportation to essential medical and behavioral appointments. Assist with obtaining benefits, housing and health care. Collaborate with Emergency services, Mobile Crisis, to ensure overall safety. Foster empowerment, recovery, and wellness, including linkage to recovery-oriented peer support. Overall goal is to assist Client in improving their quality of life through service coordination and linkage.
