• Schedule all inbound appointments (The Receiving Log is on the “G” Drive)
• Process/Post all receipts (Customer product, supplies, completed contractor work, etc.)
• Update/verify DIS items in SAP as needed
• Update Podium (DIS Logistic Site) for all inbound containers
• Order Temps for Department #277, #274 & #255 via the Daily Labor Planner
• Process Temp Payroll and forward to Caliper
• Research and provide updates on all receiving/posting issues
• Maintain Daily Data reports and submit monthly/semi-annually progress reports
• Maintain spreadsheet of all Infinity discrepancies for DIS management
• Communicate issues to CSR’s
• Submit all needed adjustments to IA
• Work with LP and or Dock Lead and assign dock doors as needed
• Sort & Deliver UPS/FedEx parcels to individuals and/or departments
• 700/800 Operator
• Fill out Returns Log and forward to IA
• Fill in for Dock Lead as needed
• Maintain Project Infinity Container log
• FLO Driver (offload trucks/put away)
