Devin Matthijssen

Being a Senior Management Major at Seton Hall Universitys Stillman School of Business, upon graduation, I am looking to obtain a position in a company that holds merit based advancement in high regard, has a company culture that fits me, and where I can gain real-world experience, as well as apply and expand upon what I have learned in college. I am a young, passionate, aspiring entrepreneur with a strong work ethic to match. I pride myself on always performing to the best of my ability, whether it is in my academics, at work, or in my leisure activities. Which include skiing, boxing, scuba diving, golfing, and more. What helps me do so, is that I am always trying to innovate and improve on my performance by finding a more efficient way of doing something. This means thinking outside the box when it comes to problem solving, to find the optimal solution, as well as constantly identifying problems, or current methods that can be improved upon, and thinking of solutions that fill a need and add value.
