Currently, I work as a Division Manager at Aptive Environmental where I manage 51 sales representatives, including 3 team leaders. We are pushing to recruit 75 contractors and add 11,500 accounts. This would result in an estimated $5.06 million in revenue. Last year, our team generated $1.3 million dollars in revenue. Before Aptive, I worked for Vector Marketing as a Field Sales Manager. Our district office grew by 22%, and I participated in the recruiting, hiring, and training of our sales representatives. My uncle often reminds me of this story, that defined my future as a sales person and leader. When I was eight years old, I participated in Cub Scouts. As part of our fundraising, we would stand outside of local grocery markets and solicit tickets to our July 4 pancake breakfast event. I walked up to a man with his groceries, and asked him to buy a pancake ticket or to make a donation to our troop. He declined, but I was persistent. I followed him out to his car, helped him with his groceries, and finally he made a donation. My uncle tells me, "ever since that day, I knew you would be going into sales and business." He was right. I love my work. I find it exciting to build a team, create a culture, and drive results. There is nothing more fun to me than working with others to accomplish a goal or overcome a challenge. I believe that working in the trenches with your co-workers breeds some of the strongest relationships found in a company, helps to retain your employees, incentivizes performance, and maximizes human capital. I'm always ready for the next challenge.

I screen, hire, and train a division of sales representatives to sell pest control services door-to-door. I currently manage four separate teams that will sell in four different markets across the United States. I develop relationships with my employees to maximize our networks in order to find and acquire new talent. As the sales season comes closer, I turn my attention to personal development training and sales training. In our division, we fine tune our sales strategy before the summer campaign to maximize results. We currently have 33 representatives working for our division; our goal is to reach 75. We also want to directly sell 11,500 accounts and produce over $5 million in revenue. Last year, my single team produced $1.13 million in revenue.
