I worked here for over 2 years, during my time working here I have proven my leadership skills and my initiative to help customers as well as getting tasks done and keeping the store clean. I was been promoted to be more than a sales associate, by my given three additional titles which is EL(Experience Leader), ambassador, and cash wrap specialist. These titles together mean that I was able to create a positive experience for the customers, specialize in having the cash registers run smoothly, as well as being someone who will go out into the community and spread a positive review about where I work and notifying people of special events or discounts and just overall driving in more customers to promote better business. This experience in promoting a better business can directly correlate into my college major choice of a bachelor's degree in Business Management.
