I began my journey at HCC in 2006. Although I did very well, and made many academic accomplishments between 2006, and 2008, I had to take a break from school for a while. I came back to HCC in January of 2017, with only 18 credits to complete. I am happy to be back, and am looking forward to graduating in August of 2017 with a degree in Communications, media, and theatre arts Integrated Studies.

I was a recipient of the Honors Convocation Award in 2008. I recieved this award afteer completing 40 credits, and maintaining a 3.8 Gpa.

Producers assistant Television show " Eating CT" at CPTV
In the summer of 2008, I began working as an assisstant on CPTV ' s weekly television show, " Eating CT." Each week, the show highlighted a town in Connecticut, with a focus on area restaurants. I worked along side of the film crew, and the shows producer on location, and also in the office. I was offered a full time position after my graduation date of Spring 2009, but unfortunately, my graduation date was put on hold due to family obligations. I am proud to say that the show went on to be very successful. In fact, it earned an emmy award for the season that I worked there.
