I first came into this amazing company as an information technology intern. I am happy to say that hard work pays off as I am now the new technology coordinator for the Goodwin, Wright network office. As the tech coordinator, I perform tasks such as: •Managing PBX Phone System (CS 1000) by Unix Coding •Developing and debugging MS Access 2013 database for inventory •Updating cloud backup systems by creating and implementing projects plan •Implement technology into areas of improvement for the Goodwin, Wright office •Monitoring the health of company’s computing resources including laptops, desktops, and printers while troubleshooting and resolving issues with these resources as they arise. •Administering and maintaining Five9 IP-telephony services for retiree benefits group •Performing the majority of Sign-on Coordinator responsibilities, planning and executing special projects such as software upgrades, LINK updates, computer migrations/wipes/donations, office expansions, and act as the website liaison for the Northwestern Benefit website host, Dot Net Nuke(DNN) •Providing technical consulting and implementation services on researching, testing, and deploying IT services in the areas of system convergence and business intelligence. •Understanding the company CRM model in terms of various departments (BSS, CSS, CS, Sales etc), their workflows, deliverables, and departmental interoperation and cohesiveness. •Configuring databases and print servers, as well as PC setup, workgroup LAN server/member setup, and batch files •Working with management on strategic goals of Goodwin, Wright •Remote administration into servers •Using code to wipe over network or with validation code •Understanding how the operational business plan and, business improvement process and the decision support model work in large organizations
