Hello my fellow people! My name is Ellen Thistle Underwood and I have an unceasing passion for the betterment of the environment, its people, and the world. My main focus is sustainable food production in urban environments through the method of urban permaculture. In my free time I love to rock climb, hike, kayak and participate in any other outdoor activity that comes my way! All forms of art are another passion of mine, but clay, collages, record bowls, and upcycled clothing are my fortes! Want to know anything else?
