Assistant Director of Alumni and Student Programs at St. Norbert College
Work with all areas of College Advancement to develop and implement the following: a robust student philanthropy program, an alumni discovery program, a class agent program, an alumni speakers program and an alumni/student mentoring program. Serve as the liaison to the Office of Admission and the Office of Career Services by providing support at all events and initiatives related to the use of alumni and the recruitment and career mentoring of students. Responsible for marketing, orchestration and successful implementation of all of the above responsibilities. Develop annual and multi-year strategic plans to establish the programs while developing, submitting and defending annual budget outlays as the pertain to the above mentioned priorities. The involvement of students and alumni volunteers is critical to the success of all of the objectives.
