Address Corrective Action and Preventive Action and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis concerns. Revise and update Standard Operating Procedures to meet Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations enforced by FDA. Train appropriate personnel on updated SOPs. Utilize company CMMS (SAP) to: input and organize maintenance spare parts, determine their quantity and reorder points, and limit parts quantity per equipment based on historical data and future processes, input or update equipment Preventive Maintenance to ensure asset integrity, and generate work orders to support maintenance and organize when to perform PMs. Assist Process and Project Engineers with demolition and updating assets. Aid in completing PMs. Ensure safety is prioritized by means of Lockout/Tagout, proper permits and other documentation completion, and/or use of appropriate confined space gear such as harnesses and continuous gas monitor.
