At Holiday Inn Express, I am at the front desk. I am the first face our guests see. I assist them in any way that I can, help them with their reservations, and orchestrate any special requests as necessary.

I provided personal care to residents of a long-term care facility. This included assisting disabled residents with things such as their activities of daily living, transportation, and even feeding. I charted information as needed within our computer systems. I also assisted the facility nurses in any way that I could in order to ensure maximum care for our residents.
