•Mentor numerous students on a weekly basis through their high school and/or middle school academic processes •Guide high school students in preparing for college admissions exams during private tutoring sessions •Answer various inquiries regarding how to best navigate the college process in a manageable way •Support elementary and middle schoolers in their preparation for middle and high school entrance exams •Alleviate stress by offering general advice when necessary and providing personal anecdotes when students felt overwhelmed

•Organize and categorize book reviews for the summer Read-and-Review program to send to publishers •Advise fellow staff members when buying books and merchandise to sell •Inspire customers to read certain books based on their personal interests •Arrange and restock shelves; inventory merchandise; operate the register
