Overall responsibility for safety and environmental management for 3 facilities, 2 direct reports, 800+ employees. Provide annual strategic planning for the Kentucky region to ensure key performance indicators are achieved for both individual facilities and the region. Responsible for management of all new programs and facility environmental requirements. Led cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements for new programs were achieved for a successful program launch. Ensured full compliance to all local, state, and federal requirements and completion of required reports, applications, and permits. Provided training to all members for environmental requirements. Presented environmental and program launch information in small and large group settings. Prepared and presented summary reports to senior management. Performed cost analysis for engineering changes to ensure adequate cost recovery. Achievements: • 100% on-time delivery during prototype and initial production builds. • 100% parts-passing ratio by N -3 months on all major programs. • 100% of environmental legal compliance and governmental report submissions on time. • 0 non-conformances identified during ISO 14001 audits. • Electrical reductions implemented reducing yearly consumption >$50,000.

Responsible for overall management of quality department with Tier 1, 2 and 3 responsibility. Provided quality training to plant personnel including PFMEA, Problem Solving, MQC, and Process Auditing. Conducted performance assessments for department personnel. Provided oversight of ISO 9001/14001 systems. • Reduced Tier 1 PPM from 219 in 2007 to 12 in 2009. • Performed cost of poor quality research resulting in over $125,000 in savings due to reduced scrap and improved efficiencies. • Facility awarded Quality Certificate of Achievement for 2009 and 2010.
