Parker Sewer & Fire Subdistrict is a Special Purpose District serving unincorporated areas of western Greenville County, S.C. Founded in 1934, we serve approximately 40,000 residents spread over 23 square miles. We operate and maintain 260 miles of sanitary sewer mainline, four fully staffed fire stations (no volunteers), and a fleet maintenance facility.

The Financial Administrator serves as the chief financial officer for the District, which includes 110 employees and a ten million dollar annual budget. Responsibilities include budget development and supervision, debt management, banking, risk management, and human resources (payroll and employee benefits). The Financial Administrator reports directly to the five member elected Commission.
