Virtual Assistant at Self-Employed
I have spent over 20 years in an administrative assistant capacity. Most recently in a virtual capacity in which I found a way to merge my passion for helping others with my passion for all things administrative, even the tedious boring work. They say variety is the spice of life and it truly is what makes me get out of bed in the morning. Bring it on! My passion for helping my clients stems from wanting to make their lives easier, by taking on the tasks, big or small, that are eating into time they could be spent thinking of the next great idea, composing their next hit or just freeing up some time so that they can catch a breath. I am skilled at scheduling, inbox management, research and purchases; including but not limited hard-to-find gifts, travel arrangements, source citations and even some more off-the-wall requests (in fact those are the best ones). I create and maintain expense reports, receipt tracking, invoicing and bill payments. Data entry and transcription are tasks I truly enjoy. I am proficient in Microsoft and Google applications. I have completed HIPAA training as well as security training and believe security and confidentiality are top priorities. I have assisted musicians, startup and well-established business men and women, authors and policy-makers. My past employers include legal firms, funeral homes and higher education.
