Jared Lachner

I am great with people, my four years in the service industry taught me the patience and demeanor I needed in order to make the customers experience as pleasant as possible. My latest job as Night Security has also helped me deal with people in a calm fashion. My experience as team captain is helping me develop a lot of leadership skills on and off the Rugby pitch because I know how to keep my team motivated to work harder, in order to win games. I have also noticed that my leadership skills have helped me when working on group projects in class, so my group can execute the task at hand with extreme proficiency. I have a lot of people skills, as well as being a hard worker, I will always give that extra mile in order to get the job done.
