Currently, I work as a Knowledge Base Manager for a fortune 500 company and have over 20 years of experience in customer service, marketing, and management. My daily duties include designing internal and external databases for staff and consumers. In addition, I am head of research and development, assist regularly in training, and responsible for ecommerce development. During the course of my career, I have gained experience with many different analytic resources and have been part of several projects to improve performance and operation strategies.
