Performs secretarial and receptionist duties, i.e., typing, computer skills, filing, record keeping, and answering phones for the department. Ability to work with money, cash receipts, and collect fees. Skill in operating modern office equipment. Ability to use tact and courteousness in dealing with the public. Ability to maintain good working relationships with customers, payers, coaches, departmental staff, and county employees.

• Ability to handle money, refunds, and exchanges as well as resolve general concerns for guests in a quick and timely manner.
• Assist guest services, management, and other staff members in translating Spanish to English & vice versa.
• Handling complaints and problem solving for our guests so that it is beneficial for both the customer and company.
• Ability to multi-task in handling high volume of calls and assisting guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to train new upcoming employees as well as cross-train.
