Serving as a liaison between the fraternity/sorority community and the Office of Student Involvement.
Coordinating monthly chapter Presidents roundtable/leadership team meetings.
Assisting and supporting fraternity/sorority chapters with campus-wide programming
initiatives.
Managing FSL/SL social media outlets (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, etc) in conjunction with the
SI marketing assistant.
Assisting the Coordinator working with fraternity/sorority chapters to ensure compliance
with local, national, and College policies and expectations.
Attending various on-campus and off-campus events related to Fraternity/Sorority Life.
Answering the phone in a professional manner and properly handling all messages.
Responding to all communication (voicemail, e-mail, etc) within a timely manner.
Assisting with the management of office resources, supplies, and facility.
Communicating opportunities and events/programs to students and advisors campus-wide.
Researching different ideas and methods of leadership development opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.
