Javier Sesma

Industrial Engineering student at University of Zaragoza. Currently, spending the last year of these studies at University of Rhode Island, in the United States, on a scholarship awarded on the basis of academic achievement and merit. Studying the multidisciplinary field of Industrial Engineering allowed me to discover many engineering problems and topics that I am passionate about, and would like to pursue in my career. To expand my knowledge on these interests I am taking Energy and Sustainability courses during this year. In addition, I am collaborating with Amtrol Inc. on my End Of Degree Project (Capstone Design) as a student researcher. The project is based on Thermodynamics and Thermal Engineering, one of my other major interests. On my return to Spain I would like to have the opportunity to apply the skills and knowledge that I have acquired throughout my academic path and in my short professional experience as well as gain some more experience before starting the MSc in Industrial Engineering.
