Kaitlin Shurts

Majored in Masters Of Arts In Teaching In The Biological Sciences
Miami University , Class of 2016
From Batavia, Ohio
I am currently a high school biology teacher near Cincinnati, Ohio area. The GFP program has opened my eyes to the importance of ecological conservation and my heart will forever be left in Baja, Mexico where my heart was change by the experiences shared with my colleagues and friends. My goal is to continue working through dragonfly as an instructor educating educators of the importance of inquiry while implementing inquiry in my own classroom. I would love to be given the chance to continue ecological filed research post graduation.
