Kasey Reynolds

Hello! My name is Kasey Reynolds and I am currently a student-athlete at the University of Tampa, studying Business Management. As an MBA candidate at the University of Tampa's Sykes College of Business, I am a determined student who has a passion for learning new things and being able to adapt and do them well! As I have been able to maintain a 3.94 GPA, I am also a member of the UT women's varsity volleyball team and have helped to lead my team to be Sunshine State Champions for the past three years, in addition to winning the NCAA Division 2 National Championship in 2014. Above all, I think being a part of this team has helped me to push myself everyday to be the best that I can in efforts to manage school, volleyball, and extra-curricular activities all at the same time. Additionally, I have learned to successfully work well with a team of different people who are all united under one common goal, which is to win in the volleyball world; however, I believe that can be easily translated into the business world as it is so important to put petty differences aside in efforts to accomplish a shared goal. Although I have not had much experience in the business world, I think my previous work experiences being a Summer camp counselor and being a youth volleyball coach have put me in leadership positions in which I have had to manage both time and people efficiently.
