• Design and update web banners and images for the School of Engineering’s web pages. • Capture and manipulate professional photographs for engineering web pages and traditional marketing materials. • Update marketing verbiage and copy for engineering web pages on an as-needed basis. • Update the HTML of web page content to conform with current university branding standards. • Design and streamline the workflow of web-based, electronic registration processes for engineering recruitment events. • Create dynamic marketing signage for the school’s digital turnkey display. • Coordinate with the information technology department in the interface design and user experience of internal web portals generated for new software packages distributed across the university. • Produce digital, instructional training materials for engineering software and upload all materials to the web server for faculty and staff reference. • Instruct engineering colleagues on new software packages, content management systems, and technologies introduced within university operations. • Design traditional, print marketing materials for the School of Engineering on an as-needed basis. • Provide colleagues with level 1 information technology help desk support for engineering software and hardware. • Manage the inventory of engineering computer hardware and software assets.
