Law Office Assistant at McGloin and Associates
-Assist Attorney McGloin with office duties, including: maintaining supplies and equipment, drafting Deeds, drafting Power of Attorneys, organizing Mortgages, proofreading, receiving and making telephone calls, scanning and sending documents to clients, and checking stock to determine inventory levels.
-Outside the office: depositing payments to various banks and Lynn city hall, as well as the entire Essex County of Massachusetts. Giving and receiving documents from law offices in those surrounding cities.
-Serve customers by being the back-up receptionist: answering questions, making and confirming appointments, keeping customers updated on the status of Attorney McGloin.
