Jeromy is a personal friend who worked with me on "Images Magazine", Fort Lewis College's student literary magazine, and asked me to join Sonderers as a second editor. I work personally with contributors to edit their pieces until they are ready to be published on our site, as well as write my own articles for the magazine.
"Minerva Rising" is a literary magazine based out of Georgia promoting writing by women authors., staffed entirely by women. I am responsible for reading submissions which may be accepted and published in the magazine. I am also in the process of editing a novella which won Minerva Rising's 2017 Novella Contest. The purpose of this internship is to improve my skills as an editor and familiarize myself with the business of publishing and magazines.
