With nearly twenty years experience in complex discovery management, Altep has managed high-profile cases for some of the largest law firms and corporations in the nation. Our service offering spans all functional phases of the EDRM, to include litigation preparedness consulting; digital forensics and investigations; ESI processing, hosting and review; and compliance risk auditing. Warren has spent the last twenty-five years working in law enforcement and as a consultant, globally supporting law firms and corporations with incident response, computer forensics and eDiscovery and co-author of Computer Forensics: Incident Response Essentials. - Served as the expert for AMD in AMD vs. Intel antitrust litigation. - Testified as a Computer Forensic Expert for the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on January 21st, 2008 in the SEC vs. vFinance Investment Inc. matter. -Named an independent Court expert in the NetJapan, Inc., et al. v.
