I have worked with this charity for about 4 years now. Jack's Kids is an organization located in Somerset, New Jersey. Directly from the website, "The heart of Jack’s Kids is to ease the financial burden to families dealing with serious childhood illnesses and/or serious disabilities so they can focus on wrapping their family in the love and attention they need". I have sold 50/50 tickets at the annual softball tournament, selling out this past year (2017) for the first time in the 25 years. I participated in the bowling tournament and done whatever I can to help raise money for these great local kids. The organization works year round.

Greet each guest, bring them to their table, clean tables when a busser is not present, take orders when a server needs help, be in control of the front of the restaurant, making sure guests are happy, keeping the floor clean, setting up/organizing big parties, keeping guests happy on a wait, rolling silverware, and helping anywhere in the restaurant

Make breadsticks, keep the salad station stocked and clean prepare desserts, take orders when guests call or walk in, deal with online orders, prepare to go orders for every guests when they order, run food, clean tables, sometimes serve tables where there aren’t enough servers, keep the restaurant stocked and ready for the shift, and at the end of the night cleaning a portion of the kitchen to help alleviate some of the cleaning duties from the line cooks.
