Represent the university in a positive manner while guiding tours of the UMass Dartmouth campus for up to sixty visitors at a time; performing important outreach by acting as a direct link between the University and prospective students and their families, university staff, schools, tourists, and the general public. Aid in the training and scheduling of Ambassadors, as well as leading part of training and monthly meetings. Assigning duties to ambassadors and maintaining a thriving office atmosphere. Help with coordinating large-scale university events for perspective students; completing individual ambassador assignments for events alongside the event coordinator, scheduling visitors, making phone calls, and email correspondences. Public speaking and customer service.

Created/Developed a positive living environment designed to link community, faculty, and residents, often resolving conflicts. Promoted academic excellence, addressed student needs, and encouraged involvement among residents in a way that supported the mission of UMass Dartmouth and the Department of Housing and Residence Life Marketed/Developed/Led student centered hall programs to promote social, education, diversity, health, emotional, understanding and growth Communicated, corresponded & collaborated with on and off-campus offices such as counseling, student activities, campus security, Planned Parenthood, maintenance, etc. Implemented and enforced all University and Housing policies
