February, 08 2017 - Verified by Kutztown University of PennsylvaniaI was the lead bartender at my job, usually running a full bar and dining room independently and efficiently. I provided a fun and family oriented environment to all that walked into our establishment as well as correctly distributed alcohol to of age guests. I did social media networking for the bar in order to promote weekly specials or to advertise upcoming events. I also provided dining services and food running services simultaneously to tending to the bar. Thorough upkeep of the bar was a must as well as becoming familiarized with every person that stepped through our door.
Being more than just a server, I maintained value to our brand as a public representative for the company at our location. We provided fun and family oriented dining experiences through communication and cooperation of our staff and our guests! Memorization of extensive menus and the ingredients to each dish were utilized everyday as well as memorization of orders and drink mixtures. We also promoted fundraising events and public functions for giving back to an organization or just aiding in a community cause. I personally handled and distributed correct portions of alcohol beverages to legal guests as being RAMP certified in the state of Pennsyvlania. Since I was employed so long as well, I trained and mentored new employees for hire as upon request of my management staff due to my extensive knowledge, work ethic, personality and positive interactive with guests.
Having a restricted and private clientele list, our work was very articulate and customized individually to the needs and demands on the homeowners. I cleaned alongside the girls and also supervised their work and dealt with the clients themselves. If there were visits to the residency without the clients being home, I was responsible for the alarms, keys, codes etc. when entering and exiting the homes. We also did concessionaires for their pets whether it was strictly feeding and walking or overnight stays and administering medications.
Being a member of the Hollister community, we upheld and promoted image for company products retail with current up to date styles and model advertisement for apparel. I also practiced marketing and distribution of products via personal contact and communication with customers and meeting their individual needs. Keeping organized and neat sections I was responsible for was a thorough job entailment as well.
